Canada - student’s presentation

Mirka wrote an essay about Canada, Quebec. The teacher revised and distributed among all other students in the class. We talked about it and projected lovely photos. Finally, Mirka was awarded with flowers. We all had a beautiful experience.

CANADA – Quebec

V Kanadě Quebecu jsme strávili 3 týdny.
In Canada – Quebec I was there for three weeks.

Cestu jsme začali ve městě Quebec, kde jsme mimo jiné historické budovy navštívili Parlament. Bylo to zajímavé.
My trip started in the town Quebec, where we visited parliament besides other historic buildings.
It was interesting.

Pak jsme pokračovali po levém břehu řeky Svatý Vavřinec až do vesnice Tadoussac, kde jsme v krásné přírodě viděli velryby a lachtany, kteří žijí v řece, jejíž hloubka je 300 m a šířka 27 km. Voda v řece je mořská promíchaná s vodou sladkovodní, ačkoliv moře je vzdáleno ještě 500 km.
Then, we went along the left side of the river Sainte Laurent all the way to the villige Tadoussac, where we saw whales and seals in a beautiful.nature. They live in the river. Its depth is three hundred metres and its breadth is twenty seven kilometres. The river is fresh water mixed with salt water, though the sea is still five hundred kilometres far away.

Navštívili jsem národní park Bic a park Gaspesie. Viděli jsme medvěda a sobici.
We visited the national park BIC atd GASPESIE. We see a bear and a female reindeer.

Také jsme byli v krásném městě Carleton, kde jsme si dali k večeři specialitu a to celého humra.
We visited a lovely town Carleton, too, where we had dinner, specialty all lobster.

Poté jsme jeli do Montreálu, kde jsme strávili 4 dny.
After we continued going to Montreal, where we were four days.

V Montreálu jsme viděli podzemní město o rozloze 100 km ², Olympijský stadion, staré město, Mont Royal, ze kterého jsme viděli na celé město.
In Montreal we saw the underground town one hundred square meters large, the Olympic stadium, the old town, Mont Royal from which we saw the whole town.
