Recepty na grilované kotlety a lučinu
2 large size of creamy white yogurts (500 g)
1 whipping cream (preferably 40% fat)
½ teaspoon of salt
1) Mix everything in the bowl.
2) Put a piece of cloth in the large colander and put it on the pot and pour the mixture on the cloth.
Fabric edges of cloth, that come over the colander or even the pot, place on the mixture. The way could drip into the fridge.
3) Put the pot for 24 hours into the fridge.
When you get the cloth with a ready mix, squueeze it a little and pour it into the bowl. You can divide it into parts and flavor it (parsley, spring onion, garlic, radish, etc.)
P.S. I chose the cream ingredients because the result becomes great.
If you don’t want cream for health reason, choose a yogurt and a low-fat whipped cream. It’s good but it’s not great.

Grilled chops in yogurt with soy sauce
4 chops (chicken or pork)
1 cup of white yogurt (unsweetened 150 ml)
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
4 cloves of garlic (garlic press)
Salt and pepper for flavoring
Pork chops are best of the collars (blade shoulder).
Add salt and pepper and sprinkle with spices.
Mix yogurt with all ingredients (egg, garlic and soy sauce) into the bowl.
Put the meat in the mixture and leave it in marinade overnight the best (if time allows you so a few days).
If there is no barbecuing possible, wrap the slices into bread crumbs and fry them in a pan.
