It is an American Christmas song from 1953. The singer is Eartha Kitt. She is the sex symbol of the 1950s. The actor Orson Welles says: “She is the most exciting woman in the world.“ The ironic1 song is about a rich girl who wants expensive Christmas presents.
I SAW THREE SHIPS – Blackmore’s Night
This is a traditional English Christmas carol2. The song is about three ships going to Bethlehem3. The three ships are a symbol of Wenceslas II, King of Bohemia or they represent4 the camel5 of the Magi.
CHRISTMAS IN KILLARNEY – Irish Rover6
This is a traditional Irish Christmas song. Killarney is a nice town in Ireland. It has got a rich history and a beautiful location between the Atlantic Ocean and the Kerry Mountains. It is a very popular touristic destination.
