The 20th of January, 2019 is the last day when you can visit an exhibition about Hana Podolská (born Johanna Vošahlíková).She is a famous Czechoslovak fashion designer and businesswoman from the interwar1 time.The exhibition takes place in the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague.
1918 – 1938:
Czechoslovakia is very rich, it is a time called2 the First Republic.A young dressmaker3 starts to work for the most important women of Czechoslovakia.Hana Po-dolská (*1880 – †1972) comes from Merzhausen in Germany.She has a nice personality4 and she is an expert in fashion.All rich and fashionable5 women go to her salon, for example President Beneš’s wife Hana, the automobile racer Eliška Junkova or actress Adina Mandlová.
