When did you start painting?
I drew as a little girl-the worn-out walls in our apartment told the story.I drew with chalk on sidewalks.Footsteps slowly erased my work.I drew people.Of course, true painting began for me at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague.

Which old masters influenced you?
It is amazing to see the works of the old masters.I ran around almost all of Europe to see them.Mona Lisa impressed me in the Louvre.I saw Goya as he looked at me from a painting.I will never forget him.

In the past, art has been a world where women do not go far.Did you work hard to be successful?
I’ve always fought with these guys.They did not understand I had to feed myself.It doesn’t matter now.I have finally won them over.
